4. Digital Product Policy
All digital product sales are final.
Refunds are only issued if the file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages.
If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, contact the shipping carrier directly. We do not issue refunds for cases marked as delivered.
6. Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, we are not responsible for the loss of the package and no refund will be provided.
