SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with KapriLeague Store. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time
   All orders are processed in the order they are received.
   Processing time: 3-10 Business days
   Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
   You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
   Estimated shipping timeframes:
   Standard Shipping: 5-14 Business Days
 
   Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.

3. Tracking Information
   Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
   Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the tracking information to update.

4. Wrong Address Disclaimer
   It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct address is entered at checkout.
   We are not responsible for:

* Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address
* Delays caused by address errors
* Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
  If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at [your email]. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed or shipped.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
   Once an order is shipped, the package is in the custody of the carrier.
   We are not responsible for:

* Lost packages
* Stolen packages
* Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
* Carrier delays or failed delivery attempts
  If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

6. Damaged Packages
   If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with:

* Your order number
* Photos or video of the damage
  We will review and provide a replacement or solution if the item is unusable due to damage (as stated in our No-Returns Policy).

7. International Shipping (Optional)
   We currently ship to the following countries: United States
   International customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, and duties.
   Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

8. Delivery Issues
   If you experience delivery problems, contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
